4 Weeks Out-
Walk 1 - 2 miles a day 3 days a week
15 - 25 push ups 3 days a week
15 - 25 sit ups 3 days a week
15 - 25 burpies 3 days a week
3 Weeks Out-
Walk/jog 1.5 – 2.5 miles a day 3 - 4 days a week
20 - 30 push ups 3 - 4 days a week
20 - 30 sit ups 3 - 4 days a week
20 - 30 burpies 3 - 4 days a week
2 Weeks Out-
Walk/jog 2 -3 miles a day 4 days a week
25 - 35 push ups 4 days a week
25 - 35 sit ups 4 days a week
25 - 35 burpies 4 days a week
1 Week Out-
Walk/jog 2 - 3 miles a day 4 - 5 days a week
30 - 40 push ups 4 - 5 days a week
30 - 40 sit ups 4 - 5 days a week
30 - 40 burpies 4 - 5 days a week
